Collection: Books and Manuscripts

The Museum of Early Southern Decorative Arts at Old Salem Museums & Gardens is home to an extensive collection of rare books and manuscripts prints that document the people and places of the early American south.  Many of these books and manuscripts are part of the Thomas A. Gray Rare Book and Manuscript Collection.
