This table’s limestone top – perfect for mixing drinks or serving food – was quarried along the Kentucky River by prisoners at the State Penitentiary near Frankfort, Kentucky. It was originally owned by William Dallum (1770-1840) in Fayette County, Kentucky. At least one of Dallum’s recipes for Bourbon is known to survive.
